Bianca is the General Manager at All Things Equal (ATE), a non-profit social enterprise providing purposeful paid employment, training and work-readiness for people with disability in hospitality settings. ATE is on a mission to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community believing that everyone has the ability to contribute to society in a meaningful way.
