Feeling unfulfilled and not sure what your true purpose is? Wondering how best to help your community? This workshop works with the Japanese concept of ikigai – which roughly translates into the reason for getting out of bed in the morning!
Jenni will help you discover the sweet spot between what you love to do, what you love to do, what the world needs and what you can be paid for.
We convert some of the latest positive psychology research and practices into simple and practive advice, tips and tools to help you uncover your purpose. We also consider ways for you to do this within your community to help it flourish and thrive.
A pen and your sense of curiousity to identify what lights you up (let’s call this electricity) and what drains you (let’s call this plumbing). We’ll help you find the activities that light you up.
We’ll provide a workbook for you to complete the activiites on the night and take away with you to reflect and implement. We’ll also include some additional activities for you to complete in your own time to help you on the journey of uncovering and living you true purpose.
