Current consultations

Social Enterprise Australia have announced that this year the social enterprise sector saw itself named for the first time in the federal budget, with the $11.6 million Social Enterprise Development Initiative.

It has two parts:
– Capability-building grants
– Online education and mentoring

Social Enterprise Australia has been engaged by the Department of Social Services to gather stakeholder views on these two parts. For each, we’ll host workshops and a survey to test and hear levels of support to inform the Department’s design.

There are two identical sessions you can join on the same day.

Tuesday, August 15, 10 – 11.30am (AEST)
Tuesday, August 15, 3 – 4.30pm (AEST)
