- To discuss the introduction of a tiered paid membership model, and consider the resolution:
- THAT the Company’s Constitution be amended as set out in Annexure 2
- To receive and consider the Financial Report and the Directors’ Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 – Chair of Governance Finance and Risk Committee
- To consider the resolution:
- THAT McBain, McCartin and Co be re-appointed as Auditors of Social Enterprise Network Victoria Ltd for the financial year ending June 30 2025.
- To note the retirement of the following Directors in accordance with clause 42 of the Company’s Constitution and consider the following resolutions:
- That Nathaniel Diong be re-appointed as a Director of Social Enterprise Network Victoria Ltd
- That Alyson Skinner be re-appointed as a Director of Social Enterprise Network Victoria Ltd
- That Joshua Hudson be re-appointed as a Director of Social Enterprise Network Victoria Ltd
- Close of official Annual General Meeting proceedings.

Questions for the Directors can be submitted to ishani@senvic.org.au and must be received by no later than 9:30 am, December 2nd 2024, being 48 hours before the AGM. The Board will endeavour to prepare answers to these questions, where necessary they will be moderated and curated to cover common ground. The Chairperson will allow a reasonable opportunity for Members as a whole to ask questions during the AGM.
