Kayla Cartledge is a Gurindji (Aboriginal) businesswoman based on Bunurong land on the Kulin Nation. As the founder of Our Songlines, an Indigenous social enterprise, Kayla works closely with other social enterprises and is dedicated to promoting the social and economic benefits of procuring from social enterprises.
Kayla has a Commerce degree and has sat on the executive team within Kinaway, the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce over the past two years. As the SENVIC Local Lead, Kayla is excited to bring Indigenous and non-Indigenous social enterprises together to create a thriving economy.

At the helm is Dr Amber Earles, a long-time resident of the Mornington Peninsula and specialist in social enterprise governance.
