April is Autism Month!

Join Australia’s leading thinker on autism and social entrepreneurship for an hour of power!

By referring to the findings of autistic autism researchers, Dr Sharon Zivkovic will highlight what makes autistic social entrepreneurs’ natural systems thinkers and social innovators.  Sharon will then discuss how organisations in the social enterprise ecosystem can make their activities, programs, and events more inclusive of autistic social entrepreneurs.

About Dr Sharon Zivkovic

Dr Sharon Zivkovic is a pioneer of community capacity building and social entrepreneurship in Australia. Among a list of achievements (including co-founding this Social Enterprise Scholar-Practitioner Network), Sharon recently established the Centre for Autistic Social Entrepreneurship.

Sharon founded Community Capacity Builders in 2005 and then co-founded WickedLab to make lasting change. Sharon currently holds a number of academic positions including Adjunct Research Associate at Torrens University Australia and is a Board Member of Emerald Publishing’s Impact Advisory Board. Catalyst 2030 is the global movement mobilising to accelerate the achievement of the UN SDGs by 2030.

The Social Enterprise Scholar Practitioner Network was formed to create a closer bond, intersectional identity and knowledge exchange between social enterprise practitioners and academia.

ASENA – the Alliance of Social Enterprise Networks Australia – is the collaboration of seven social enterprise networks and councils from each Australian State and Territory.

We collaborate and partner with Catalyst 2030 to accelerate the social enterprise movement through sharing and inclusive projects.
