Luz Restrepo arrived in Australia seeking asylum with minimal English, no connections here and little money. She reinvented herself establishing SisterWorks in 2013, a social enterprise supporting over 900 migrant women to get started in business. Today she runs Migrant Women in Business founded to support leadership and economic success of migrant and refugee women running nano and micro-businesses.
