An interactive session with Q&A, this foundational session of our negotiation series seeks to improve the balance of power across construction, towards increased engagement in the social procurement supply chain. Participants will walk away with new language, toolkit and approach to setting a fair-value exchange with their contractors / subcontractors.  This foundation will increase confidence and skills in negotiation, leading to stronger social procurement engagement.

This the first session in a two-part series. Participants are encouraged to listen to this session before participating in the second part, ‘Negotiation Essentials – Learn the soft skills of negotiation‘
