Shamini Dhana, the mind behind Dhana, Inc. and D/Sphere, is reshaping fashion sustainably. With a global outlook forged in Singapore, the U.S., and India, she’s on a mission to make fashion eco-friendly.
Shamini’s journey began with Dhana Inc., addressing the need for eco-conscious youth clothing. Under her leadership, Dhana earned B-Corp certification and became a sustainability trailblazer.
In 2022, she launched D/Sphere, an AI-driven platform empowering circular fashion. It hints at broader applications beyond fashion.
Shamini’s career spans pioneering work at the California Governor’s Office and leadership at Silicon Valley Bank, driving substantial growth. With academic credentials from the National University of Singapore and California State University, Sacramento, Shamini is an ESG authority.
Additionally, she actively supports non-profits focused on ESG, female leadership, and entrepreneurship. As Associate Producer of “The True Cost” documentary, Shamini advocates fervently for social and climate justice in fashion.
In her personal life, she enjoys family time, cycling, hiking, and global exploration. Overall, Shamini Dhana’s impact on sustainable fashion inspires responsible business practices.
