Hume Social Enterprise Network (HSEN) is a network run by and for social enterprises and their champions to connect, support, and promote social enterprises across the twelve LGAs of Victoria’s Hume Region.
As well as offering a local social enterprise community for those in Goulburn and Northeast Victoria, we’re also one of five Social Enterprise Network Victoria (SENVIC) regional leads, making us part of a greater ‘network of networks’ amplifying the voice and influence of the social enterprise community across Victoria and throughout Australia. (You can find out more about HSEN here.)
We’re very excited to be offering social enterprises located in Hume Region (either existing or in planning) the opportunity to participate in the HSEN Melbourne Bus Tour. We will be visiting some of the established social enterprises in Melbourne, including Green Collect, Collingwood Yards, Clothing the Gaps and The Purpose Precinct.
We’re also offering the members of SENVIC and other social enterprises an invitation to join our group for dinner, catered for by SisterWorks and STREAT, and subsidised by HSEN. You’ll get to meet regional people already established or keen to develop their social enterprise – an opportunity to share knowledge and skills, and get a feel for the regional social enterprise ecosystem.
There is a small charge to help us cover costs, and places are limited. Book now so you don’t miss out!
