Collaborating for Collective Impact for Community Groups

Wellington Shire Council invites all interested members of non profit community groups, organisations and sporting associations to this free workshop with Presenters from Non Profit Training.

About this workshop:

Collaboration is when a group of people come together and contribute their expertise for the benefit of a shared goal, project, or mission. How well a group collaborates with others will greatly impact the outcome of the group project. When groups collaborate and all have a shared goal, it grows the knowledge and impact of the collective magnifying the outcomes.

Topics include:

» Understanding the conditions for collective impact

» Developing evidence of the benefit of collective impact

» Knowing how to establish a partnership with others to achieve collective impact

» Selling the collaboration to funders

A light snack will be provided.
